Lighten Up A Little

Hey everyone,

There’s a new installment of The Hunted: Expulsion after we had another run-in with the vampires.  You see we followed Charlie to Buttermilk Falls here in Ithaca, where he met up with 2 other vampires we hadn’t seen yet.  We spied on him and we’re not sure what he’s up to, but you can be certain we’ll keep a very close eye on Buttermilk Falls!  We’re also going to start investigating as to who these two vampires were; we couldn’t tell from the distance we were at, but hopefully they’re not anyone we already know.

Mark Bedell sent me a little present to help fight the vampires, but you’ll see what that is in the episode.  Let’s just say it’s going to come in VERY useful.  Our list of who is a vampire continues to grow over at the The Hunted: Expulsion’s Official Website and we are continuously looking for prospective slayers to help combat this threat.  Please let us know if you’re interested in being a slayer, and if we decide you’re ready, we’ll definitely give you a call.  Please let us know of any special skills that would make you a good candidate to be a slayer.

A Fond Farewell: George Merritt

Hey everyone,

This is a sadder post to pay homage to a great man.  My senior year in high school I performed in a show called “Broadway at Good Theater” at Good Theater in Portland Maine.  I sang “Muddy Water” from Big River with a man named George Merritt.  George passed away at the age of 67 on February 15th.  I found out on Friday the 19th when I went to see The Importance of Being Ernest at Good Theater.  I remarked to Brian Allen (the Artistic Director) that I still had George’s name on my resumé and he quietly asked me if I was aware if George had passed away.

I was stunned to say the least.  You see I only knew him for a total of about 4 days, but we had so much fun singing that song, and we talked at great lengths backstage, and afterwards George immediately emailed me to keep in touch.  He was like that, he was always reaching out.  His obituary can be found here and it talks about many of his charitable activities.  He sent me an email or a message on facebook/linkedin every couple months or so to see what I’d been doing, and to update me on what he and his wife had been doing.

A Message to Bill Villa

Hey everybody,

So this might be my second post in Anger and Hate, however I chose not to call it that because unlike Fred Phelps, the following recipient at least deserves open discourse.  In Allentown, PA (where my father is currently the Vice-President of the City Council) there is a man named Bill Villa.  I will not get into the man’s history except to say that it is truly tragic, and the loss of a daughter is awful, as my family (although I was not born yet) can tell you.  I don’t know much about the man because most of the information I have about him comes from his truly vicious blog postings, or from people who seem to hate him, and therefore speak about him in hyperbole and with venom. In a recent post he threatened to go after my father with “Both Barrels” which in context means that he may or may not use the legal system to attack him, but I believe the wording is very specific and is a very thinly disguised threat of harm. So on that post I have posted a comment with my thoughts on his actions. Because I hear that he has a tendency to rewrite, or not accept comments he does not like (pardon me Mr.

The Hunted: Expulsion Season 1

Hey everyone,

So this post is going to be linked to across the site.  Because the pages on my website have sidebars (something that aren’t on posts) I can’t post a youtube player which can play all episodes and be easily used.  The one on the “The Hunted” section is just too small to be easily used.  So I’m going to post on here a player which is bigger and more manageable.  You can click on the right hand side to switch between episodes and they should just automatically load on the left.  If anything isn’t working, please let me know so I can fix it.  The player should update itself as the episodes are posted.  There will also be individual posts about each individual episode is put up, so between the two things it should be able to work!

We have been updating the website so also check us out at The Official Hunted Expulsion Website.  There you can read bios, view interesting links, and follow what’s going on with us in the world of The Hunted!  Feel free to give me ideas on how you think we should fight the vampires, if it’s a good idea we’ll certainly incorporate it.  Let me know if you have any other suggestions for us, and keep on supporting The Hunted: Expulsion!

Generations II

Hey everyone,

Mark Bedell has posted a new video fighting the vampires.  You’ll remember that Mark’s first video Generations was what spawned the Expulsion series.  In the new video, Mark decides that instead of trying to find the vampires which doesn’t seem to be working, he’s going to make the vampires come to him by killing any of them that he can find.  Check out the post, and keep watching The Hunted: Expulsion as well!

All my best to everyone,

~Ned
